Contact details
By completing and submitting a form on my website, or by providing your personal details to me by email, phone or otherwise, you provide me with your personal contact details. I use these details only to contact and communicate with you. I do not use your data for other purposes. If you enter into a trajectory with Balans en Opvoeden, I will have more personal data. I use this personal data only in the context of the coaching agreed with you and only collect the data I consider necessary or useful in that context. Without your consent, I do not share your data with other parties unless there is an administrative or legal obligation, or a court order.
Retention periods
Balans en Opvoeden does not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of the collaboration. I must comply with legal and fiscal obligations, such as those of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Invoice data is kept for 7 years. Personal data collected in the context of your collaboration with Balans en Opvoeden is retained no longer than 12 months after the end of the collaboration and is then deleted or destroyed. It is possible that another retention period is agreed in an agreement for specific data. In that case, the agreed retention period applies.
Security
I have done everything possible to ensure that your data is safe at Balans en Opvoeden. When processing personal data I use one or more processors, such as an internet provider. To safeguard privacy and ensure technical security, I have concluded a processing agreement with processors in accordance with the GDPR requirements. Balans en Opvoeden remains the controller. Personal data recorded in physical form is kept in a properly lockable space so that third parties do not have access.
Rights of data subjects
